Rainbow Western

Rainbow Western is a collective of LGBTIQA+ Western staff who are interested in social activities, peer-support, and collaborations with like-minded colleagues. Our activities are guided by the principles of unconditional acceptance, unity-in-diversity, and intersectionality.

We work within the Western Sydney University policies and procedures in order to provide a safe social space for Western Sydney University staff who self-identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Genderqueer, Queer, Questioning, Asexual, or otherwise sexuality- and/or gender-diverse.  

Rainbow Western is open to collaboration with like-minded organisations within and external to Western Sydney University.
